Write for Us at SalesCaptain
SalesCaptain is where modern outbound, GTM strategy, and revenue ops get practical.
We publish content for B2B founders, sales leaders, marketers, and operators who care about real pipeline, not vanity metrics. If you have sharp insights on outbound, sales automation, GTM, RevOps, or B2B growth, we want to hear from you.
This is not a guest post farm. We only publish content that adds value.
What We’re Looking For
We accept original, experience-backed content in areas like:
- B2B sales and outbound strategy
- Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and multichannel prospecting
- Appointment setting and pipeline generation
- GTM strategy for SaaS and B2B services
- Sales automation, RevOps, and tooling (CRM, Clay, n8n, enrichment, AI)
- SDR management, outsourcing, and performance optimization
- Deliverability, email infrastructure, and compliance
- AI in sales and marketing when it’s practical, not hype
If your content helps someone book better meetings, build pipeline faster, or avoid costly mistakes, it’s probably a fit.
What We Don’t Accept
Let’s be direct:
- Generic SEO articles written for backlinks
- AI-generated filler content
- Basic “what is sales” level posts
- Promotional articles disguised as education
- Link inserts into existing posts
If your goal is just a backlink, this won’t work out.
Content Guidelines
To be considered, your submission must meet these standards:
- 100 percent original and not published elsewhere
- Written by someone with hands-on experience
- Clear structure and logical flow
- Actionable insights, examples, or frameworks
- Minimum 1,200 words, quality over length
- Neutral, educational tone. No sales pitch
We care more about clarity and usefulness than fancy language.
